Just as important as a stakes payment for breeders who own Pennsylvania-resident mares: owners of these mares in foal to Pennsylvania-registered stallions who hope to see their 2013 foals eligible to generate Pennsylvania Breeders Awards must have their registration paperwork on this year’s foalings to the Pennsylvania Harness Commission with a postmark or reception by this Friday, February 15.

In other news, Pennsylvania does not have stakes payments due on February 15. The next PA payment for two-year-olds and three-year-olds is March 15. Sustaining forms are available here.
