Muscles Yankee and Rocknroll Hanover will remain at home at Perretti Farms in 2012 in accordance with the glorious quest of the Gural team to restore the Meadowlands

Racetrack.

The Hambletonian sire Muscles Yankee, sire of three consecutive Hambletonian champions, will stand for 2012 at the approachable fee of $10,000. His advertised fee was $20,000 in 2011.

Rocknroll Hanover, perhaps the most dominant pacing sire in recent years, will stand for $15,000, down from $25,000 in 2011. In that his recently-sold yearling crop was by far his best ever, it is likely that this reputation will be enhanced over the next few seasons.

The produce of both stallions remain eligible to the traditional Grand Circuit stepping stones provided by the Meadowlands, which will be hosting the Hambletonian, Meadowlands Pace, and other rich stakes.

As many distinguished New Jersey legislators have determined the need for increased gaming within the state is vital for added revenues, it is entirely possible that the climate within the state will be different by the time the produce from the 2012 breeding season come of age for the yearling sales. Perretti Farms will handle all booking arrangements for Muscles and Rocknroll as usual.

Lucky Chucky, the 2010 trotter of the year will remain at New York’s Winbak Farms, though in recognition of market realities, his stud fee for 2012 will be $7,500. A sure breeder, the Windsongs Legacy--Aerobics stallion served a full book of mares in 2011 including the 2010 broodmare of the year Graceful Touch. As usual, all booking calls will be handled at still very much in operation Perretti Farms.

McArdle, sire of Meadowlands Pace winner One More Laugh, will again stand for 2012 at Lindwood Farms of Pennsylvania and his fee will remain at $5,000.

McArdle again had an excellent season in 2011 highlighted by the brilliant Big McDeal p,2,1:50.2, the only filly to beat American Jewel this year. Other outstanding McArdles included PA Sires Stakes final winner McSauna p,2,1:52.4, a winner of over $90,000 at two this year despite her very modest purchase price.

As usual, booking calls for McArdle will be handled by Perretti Farms.
