“We look forward to working with Nancy and our restructured racing team,” stated Ben Blum, Running Aces Director of Mutuels/Simulcasting, “We are proud to continue to keep our horsemen and women returning to Running Aces and are excited about the enhancements we are adding for the coming season.”

The 2016 Running Aces race season will run 53 days. The opener will begin two weeks earlier than previous years to better accommodate the out-of-state drivers and will lengthen the season for race fans.

Live racing will open on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 and will go through September 3, 2016. Races will run Tuesdays and Saturdays at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 6 p.m. Wednesday will be added to the meet starting July 27, 2016.

Running Aces is known as a state-of-the-art facility, offering 250 stalls in its on-site barns and an excellent track composition. The track conditions continue to be top-notch thanks to industry-renowned veteran John Betts.

“We are lucky to have a crew with deep skills and abilities,” said Taro Ito, President/CEO of Running Aces. “Running Aces has maintained a first-class look, allure and safety due to the leadership of Betts and his talented team.”

With barn space in high demand, stall applications and initial condition sheets will be posted in early February 2016. Race Office positions including Paddock Judge, Identifier, and other various seasonal positions will also be posted. A job fair will be set for early spring. Running Aces employs 650+ staff during the summer months.
