On December 17, 2010, ballots to elect the new Standardbred Canada Board of Directors were counted by the Returning Officer, Bruce G. Drysdale, C.A. & Associates.
Fourteen of the 29 seats on the Board were acclaimed. Fourteen seats were voted on by Standardbred Canada members and one seat for Quebec Breeder Director was left vacant.
Following is a list of the 28 Directors that were acclaimed or elected by the Standardbred Canada membership. This Board will serve a three-year term from 2011 to 2013.

The first meeting of the new Board will take place on Friday, January 28, 2011 and Saturday, January 29, 2011.
All Standardbred Canada members are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of Members on Saturday, January 29, 2011. The meeting will take place at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) in the Hazel McCallion Room at the Delta Meadowvale Hotel, Mississauga, Ontario.
