The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario has announced two minor changes to the 2017 race date calendars for Hanover Raceway and Rideau Carleton Raceway.
The only change that will affect the 2017 calendar for Hanover Raceway is a minor post time change. Hanover Raceway is scheduled to host live racing on 15 dates in 2017 – fourteen of which will begin with a 7:15 p.m. first-race post time. The previous race date calendar indicated that Hanover’s Saturday, July 29 program would start with a first-race post time of 6:15 p.m. The new calendar indicates that only the Saturday, August 5 program will start with a first-race post time of 6:15 p.m.
The only change that will affect the 2017 calendar for Rideau Carleton Raceway is the addition of a race date. Rideau will now host a card of live racing on Sunday, January 1, 2017. The card will kick off with a 6:30 p.m. first-race post time. To view the updated calendar for Rideau, click here. Rideau is now scheduled to host 91 live race dates in 2017.
