Beginning with the Sunday, Dec. 1 card, Pompano Park has announced that the Pick 4 wager will feature a $5,000 Guaranteed Pool every Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday evening as part of the USTA Strategic Wagering Program.
If the Pick 4 is unsolved on any racing program, 100 percent of the net pool will be carried over to the following live racing card. The Pick 4 is a nightly wager on the final four races on the card.
The 50-cent Pick 5 remains a popular wager with fans as well, with the sequence beginning on the first race of each live program and creating carryover potential as well.
Live racing action continues at Pompano Park every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday evening with a first post of 7:05 p.m.
