For those wondering if regally-bred Beach Showoff has been entered in the Harrisburg Mixed Sale to be sold or simply to dissolve a partnership, that question has been answered.
Beach Showoff is in the sale to be sold with no reserve, according to co-owner Richard Young. Unlike her dam Put On A Show and her full-sister Come See The Show that were sold to dissolve a partnership, Beach Showoff is being sold because Young does not view himself as a breeder.
“In fact, I won’t even be at Harrisburg when she sells”, said Young, “as I already own both the dam and the full sister, Come See The Show.”
Beach Showoff (Somebeachsomewhere - Put On A Show) is carrying her first foal by Canada's 2016 Horse of the Year Betting Line and sells as Hip #1186 on Thursday in Harrisburg.
