Affleck Wins Fantasy Pool

When the dust settled after Saturday night's card of harness racing at Woodbine Racetrack, PEI's Joey Affleck had the highest score in the 2011 Breeders Crown Fantasy Pool

Affleck's team of horses, trainers and drivers amassed a total of 530 points. Peter Kent of Burlington, Ont. and Gus Pseekos of Barrie, Ont. finished in a tie for second with 505 points. Those three handicappers now qualify for the 2011 Trot Canada National Handicapping Championship later this month at Western Fair in London, Ont.
