On Thursday, October 8, the Ontario Racing Commission released its ruling in regard to an appeal of trainer Shannon Henry.
Henry had applied for a stay in relation to a 90-day suspension that she had been handed due to a positive test.
In its ruling, the ORC stated that it has denied the stay.
