The Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission is soliciting suggestions for changes to the MPHRC Rules which would form potential amendments in 2012

The MPHRC has asked those interested to submit suggestions in writing on or before November 18, 2011 to:

The Rules Committee will review any suggestions for rule changes, however they may or may not be adopted by the Commission.
