Yonkers Raceway has issued a pair of reminders regarding its upcoming live racing schedule.
Sunday matinees return to Yonkers on October 29, with a 12:00 noon (Eastern) first post. It’s the first of six Sundays between then and the end of the racing season (other post times TBA). That first Sunday program has seven 'French trots' as races two through eight during the card, and the return of the 'New York, New York Double' (Belmont Park’s closing day).
Also note that Thursday live racing continues to November 2, with the usual first post of 7:10 p.m. Thursdays were originally scheduled to end this month, but a 'make-up' program was added when the Raceway cancelled this past Friday (October 13) to accommodate New York Day of Champions detention.
