Vernon Downs is looking to conduct a race specifically for grey horses on Halloween night, Saturday, October 31.
Interested horsemen should contact the Vernon Downs race office at (315) 829-6825 or email Director of Racing Scott Warren at [email protected]. The entry box will close Tuesday, October 27 at 9 a.m. Grey or roan horses are acceptable.
With multiple grey horses stabled on the backstretch, we are hopeful the race will be able to go and make Halloween night an exciting one in central New York.
