The Thoroughbred Racing Associations has announced Clearwater Beach, Fla., as the host city for the 23rd annual International Simulcast Conference.
The 2015 conference will be held at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort from October 5 to 7.
The TRA co-sponsors the annual event with the Harness Tracks of America, in conjunction with the American Greyhound Track Operators Association.
Each year the conference attracts more than 250 racing executives and personnel to address the topics of chief importance to the pari-mutuel industry, including simulcasting, account wagering, wagering security and technology.
The Sheraton Sand Key Resort, a short drive from Tampa International Airport, is located on the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico adjacent to Sand Key Park and Preserve. A special conference room rate of $147 per night will be offered.
