That's the story in a nutshell when referring to Enjoy The Caviar, who is now undefeated in eight starts thanks to a 1:54 score earlier this evening at Woodbine Racetrack for catch-driver Trevor Ritchie.
Ritchie was subbing in the sulky for the gelding's regular teamster, Mike Saftic, who is plying his trade at Grand River Raceway in the Ontario Regional Driving Championship at Grand River Raceway.
Owned by Holly Carr of Utopia and Joanne Dawson of Stayner, the five-year-old son of SJs Caviar chopped out splits of :27, :56.2 and 1:25 before kicking home in :28.2 en route to a two and a quarter-length score.
Dawson's star student now boasts $67,500 in lifetime earnings.
