In late August, after three days worth of hearings to determine the nature and context of Attractions Hippiques' acquisition of Quebec racetracks, it was decided that Commission des institutions would present a report on the situation today, which has subsequently been cancelled.
A working session scheduled for yesterday which was set to rule on the report was also cancelled.
Today's cancelled session had been scheduled to decide whether to carry out new mandates from the report.
