Heading into today's racing, Gilles Barrieau, Canada's representative at the 2007 World Driving Championship, is just four wins shy of 3,000 for his career.
Barrieau, the 2005 O'Brien Award winner for horsemanship, is scheduled to drive in seven of the races on this evening's 11-dash program from Exhibition Park Raceway. First race post time is 4:30 p.m. (ADT).
Barrieau will be steering:
• Wesgem Princess in Race 4 (PP5, 9-2)
• Longworth Legacy in Race 5 (PP2, 7-2)
• Stagecoachgambler in Race 6 (PP4, 2-1)
• Mr Pogge in Race 7 (PP3, 3-1)
• Manraysonjo in Race 8 (PP6, 5-2)
• Island Historic in Race 9 (PP1, 2-1)
• Oceanview Lije in Race 11 (PP9, 7-1)
