Trot Insider provides an updated look at the Canadian leaderboard entering the final four months of the 2015 harness racing season.

Two-time O'Brien Award winner Sylvain Filion leads all reinsmen in Canada for earnings with his mounts banking more than $4.37 million in purses. That total puts him ahead of Doug McNair ($3.53 million) and Jody Jamieson ($2.95 million).

Driver Alfie Carroll maintains his spot atop the standings in the win column with 271 victories, on pace to shatter his 2014 total of 311 wins. Carroll leads Filion (227) and Bob McClure (225) in the win ledger.

Gilles Barrieau boasts the best UDRS among Canada's drivers with a sparkling .497 average. That percentage leads Travis Cullen (.477) and Louis Philippe Roy (.355).

Reigning O'Brien Award winner Richard Moreau continues to lead all trainers in the nation in both the earnings ($2.21 million) and win (172) categories. Moreau leads David Menary ($1.45 million) and Carmen Auciello ($1.26 million) in earnings, and Travis Cullen (129) and Patrick Shepherd (110) in win totals.

Cullen's training average, however, tops all Canadian conditioners. His stellar .516 UTRS leads that of Gord McDonnell (.427) and Gerard Demers (.386).
