A documentary was recently created by the County of Wellington on the potential impacts of cancelling the OLG Slots at Racetrack Programme. Thousands of jobs are at risk. Small businesses are at risk. Horses are at risk.
Produced by Andrea Ravensdale with video by Ironcloud Productions, the makers of the documentary and the County of Wellington urge Ontarians to contact your local Member of Provincial Parliament and ask them to Restore The Programme.

One good thing is that by plugging it into social media, you can (softly) give our leaders at Queen's Park a very light dusting on the back as millions of people read it.I can just see them--"Hey, what's that on my elbow?"
We haven't heard from the NDP lately. Are they too embarrased to show their face??
If you don't know how to get the video on social media (I don't )you can find somebody in your area who is about 14 years old, and they will be glad to assist you.A 6 pack of Pepsi works wonders with them.
The best thing about social media is that it's FREE and your hardest chore will be getting a school kid to help you take up a lot of space on Facebook, etc.
Another helpful hint--BEST BUY recently let all their GEEK SQUAD employees go, but I went to BEST BUY and had a former GEEK SQUAD technician join me for some KFC after he helped me with some connections on my TVs.
Hope these hints helped.The GEEK SQUAD guys are really good. I am toying with setting up a repair business and using them to call on people needing help.
Average age of a GEEKER is 15-17. The GEEK SQUAD are wizards at getting any messages onto social media networks, and can plug any social media with tales of how the horse people have been treated.

On your way back to Toronto maybe you should take the back way ,take a look as you pass by calabogie as you pass by Hastings Norwood and petrerborough ( oops speed up past KAWARTHA Downs ) and if you are not listening ( to the latest polls ) glance out the window at our beautiful farms hay wheat corn and oats... Dalton you may even catch a glimps of a mare standing over her weanlig or a training centre..catch a glimpse of a trainer jogging .maybe you could even stop and say good day? I dont know who should pay
I dont know who should pay for it, but do you know the ads that play before youtube videos now? well this should be there, I've seen some longer then this and I know that alot of people just skip them but this is clear enough at the beginning that people might not skip it and stick around to watch it. They have to watch 5 seconds of it anyways before they can skip. No idea of a cost on this but its a way to get it out

We need these documentries
We need these documentries put on TV not just on YouTube. People who are not in the industry need to see this stuff to understand what we are fighting for. We who see this already know and understand lets get it out there people!!!!
