The connections of 15 of the top three-year-old male pacers in the sport have entered their charges to contest this Saturday’s (July 7) eliminations for the Crawford Farms Meadowlands Pace.

The 2018 edition of 'The Pace' attracted 15 declarations, including a pair of supplements in Courtly Choice and Jimmy Freight. For complete information on the decisions to supplement Jimmy Freight and Courtly Choice, click here and here, respectively.

It was also announced earlier this week that 2018 Pepsi North America Cup winner Lather Up would be skipping the Meadowlands Pace. For complete details, click here.

As a result of the amount of entrants, there will be two $50,000 elimination races this coming Saturday (July 7). The top five finishers from the official order of finish in the eliminations will gain entrance to the $700,000 (estimated) final, which will take place on Saturday, July 14.

Trainer Tony Alagna has entered five horses, led by his O'Brien Award winner Stay Hungry and American History, who tuned up with a vicious 1:47 win last Saturday.
