Chili lit up the board on Wednesday at Saratoga Casino Hotel, as the Gary Levine trainee pulled off an upset paying $92.50 in the $9,000 trotting feature.

Driver Brett Crawford moved Chili, the longest shot on the board, out to the early lead before yielding to rival All Night Credit. Chili closed inside in the stretch and got by to win in 1:58.2 for his first victory of the year.

All Night Credit was disqualified after causing interference in the stretch and was subsequently placed fourth. Mind Your Manners inherited second while the favourite Amazing Sevens took third.

Live racing continues on Thursday, July 19 at Saratoga with a 12:15 p.m. first post.
