Five-year-old Shadow Play gelding Euchred ($4.00) captured Inverness Raceway’s $1,100 Winners Over Pace (Race 8) on Sunday, June 25 for trainer/driver Walter Walker in 1:57.3.
Owned by Kayla Walker, Euchred started from Post 6, was charted third through the fractions (:29, :59, 1:28), and got up for a one-length win.
Intended Royalty (driven by Alex MacQuarrie) raced second in the mile and finished second, while Unstoppable Speed (Shelby Miller), who cut the fractions, held on for third.
