Late Friday afternoon, Trot Insider received the Statements of Defence from both Ontario and the Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corp. in regards to the lawsuit initiated against them by a group of Standardbred breeders.
Also included as attachments are the the replies of the the plaintiff group to both of these defences. The full documents appear in PDF format below.
