Hiawatha Horse Park Owner Jim Henderson has made some comments regarding the 2014 season of live racing at the Sarnia, Ont. racetrack.
Henderson’s comments have come via an article by the Sarnia Observer.
The Ontario Racing Commission recently granted Hiawatha 21 live race dates for its 2014 season of harness racing.
"We're pretty well ready," Henderson was quoted as saying in the article.
Henderson also said that he hopes that he can attract new businesses at the track.
"I only need to get a couple more businesses out here and it will work for itself," Henderson was quoted as saying, adding "I'd really like to get back into the entertainment side of it more, get that going again."
