Winning awards is something Al Libfeld has done over and over again in the sport of harness racing thanks to the countless champions he’s been involved with, but more recently the principal and co-founder of Tribute Communities was honoured with the BILD Lifetime Achievement Award.

Established in 1980, the BILD Awards recognize excellence and innovation in the design, construction, sales and marketing of new homes in the Greater Toronto Area. The Awards are presented by the Building Industry and Land Development Association.

All companies featured at the BILD Awards are members in good standing of the Association. Nominations are submitted by any member organization and entries are evaluated by impartial expert judges. Winners are announced at an exclusive gala every April.
