Only one race topped the 2009 Breeders Crown Two-Year-Old Colt Pace as the race of the decade, and connections of the horse that won the Breeders Crown will look to find more glory on Canadian soil

this Summer.

With odds of 6-1, All Speed Hanover comes in at #2 in Trot Magazine's Pepsi North America Cup 2010 Spring Book.

Throughout the course of the week, the SC website will countdown to the Spring Book favourite, complete with updates from the trainers on the pacers that Trot staff assessed as the leading contenders for the richest prize in Canadian harness racing. Watch for the full list of Spring Book odds in the April issue of Trot Magazine.

Trot Insider recently talked to trainer Noel Daley for an update on the pacing sophomore.

Where did he winter?

"He wintered very well. We kept him in New Jersey. We're very happy with the way he wintered. We gave him a little time out. He had about an hour in the walker every day and then paddock time."

What are his some of his best attributes?

"All Speed Hanover has great heart, which he has always shown. He's sort of like a thoroughbred, so he needs a lot less work in between. He's very athletic. I'm actually looking at not over-training him."

When will he qualify?

"We will probably qualify him at the Meadowlands either the end of April or the first of May."

What will his early schedule be leading up to the Pepsi NA Cup?

"He's eligible to the New Jersey Sire Stakes, so we have options. We are able to choose between NJSS races before we decide on either the Jersey Classic or Burlington. From there it's on to the North America Cup."
