It has been reported that punters in southwestern Ontario will now have a new establishment in which they can go in and plunk down a wager.
An article by the Chatham Daily News states that the Woodbine Entertainment Group has partnered with the ‘Blazin BBQ Ribhouse’ in Chatham-Kent, which will see the restaurant become an off-track wagering location.
Blazin BBQ Ribhouse’s owner Matt Jenkins has commented on history of the horse-racing history in the area. "Chatham-Kent has deep roots in the horse racing industry and we are excited to offer fans an inviting spot to watch and wager on horse races in a contemporary setting," he said.
