Wallis Dominates Windsor Card

Kevin Wallis made the most of his Sunday night driving assignments, winning half of them to take star of the card honours at Windsor Raceway

. Wallis won five of the 12 races on the card; he was listed to drive in 10.

Wallis set the tone for the evening with an eight length victory aboard the Dan Creighton-trained trotter Northern Illusion ($3.60) in the opener. His next win came in the fifth dash aboard trotter Hallway To Heaven ($2.70) for trainer Ronald Adams. He then went back-to-back in the eighth and ninth races scoring wins aboard his own pacing trainee Noble Seelster ($24.20) and pacer Leafs And Wings ($3.50) for Michael Rogers. Wallis ended his winning reign in the 11th with another one of his own pacers, Angle Of Attack ($3.50).

Wallis' five-bagger pushed his 2012 win total to 21. The resident of Maidstone, Ont. has won 9,165 races lifetime while banking close to $43.5 million in purses.
