The Ladies Man delivered on his pari-mutuel promise with a going away victory in the $7,000 Preferred 3 Pace on Sunday night at Flamboro Downs.

Catch-driver James MacDonald sent The Ladies Man ($3.90) from third to first past the half-mile mark and the duo never looked back en route to a three and three-quarter length victory in 1:54.1. Hidden Potential was second and Thats The Life finished third.

A Preferred 3 winner two weeks ago at Western Fair, The Ladies Man now has two victories in nine seasonal starts.

The eight-year-old Modern Art gelding is owned by trainer James Ritchie, Paul Ritchie and Murray Cox.
