There was no stopping driver Trevor Henry during Monday’s 12-race card at The Raceway at The Western Fair District, as the reinsman from Arthur, Ontario manufactured a six-win performance over the London oval.

Henry, who started the day leading all London drivers with 53 wins in 2013, captured the $13,200 Preferred Trot with Logans Hero in 2:01.2. The eight-year-old son of Angus Hall-Balanced Action survived a first-over trip to win by a neck over Chinnys Wings. Race favourite Just Like Lloyd was third.

Richard Moreau trains the gelding, who won for the third time this season and for the 31st time in his career, for owner Keith Cassell of Smiths Falls, ON. The veteran has banked $374,000 to date.

Henry also clicked with Watermelonwine in the $8,400 Preferred-2 Pace. The five-year-old son of Life Sign-Arukiddinme sliced out splits of :29, :59 and 1:27.3 over a track rated ‘sloppy’ with a two-second allowance before finishing off his foes with a :30.3 final frame. He scored by a quarter of a length over Classic Call in 1:58.1. Kendal Gustav was third.

Dave Menary trains the popular winner for owner Brad Gray of Dundas, ON. Sent off as the 4-5 favourite, Watermelonwine won for the first time this season and for the 12th time in his career. He’s stashed away career earnings of $410,640.

Henry’s other winners were Regil Millionaire (2:00.4 - $3.20), Audreys Dream (1:58.3 - $4.00), Rockninthepark (2:01.3 - $3.20) and Fashion Fun (2:03.1 - $5.00).
