Believe This Bob pulled a 19-1 surprise in Thursday’s $25,000 Delaware Special at Dover Downs, while Corey Callahan dominated with a six-win performance.

Ross Wolfenden sent Believe This Bob between horses in deep stretch to win the week’s top overnight pace. The win was the fourth in his last six starts for the six-year-old Beach Romeo-Believe This Gal gelding who defeated ultra-consistent Just A Jolt (Vic Kirby) and Mustang Art (Corey Callahan) third.

The pacer is owned by Mary Ann Larrimore and trained by Joe Skowyra. His earnings now stand at $86,035 this season.

Corey Callahan was a winning machine during the Thursday evening program thanks to his six-win performance.

He found his way to victory lane with Rock Absorber (Race 3 – 1:54.2), Woodstock Hanover (Race 4 – 1:51.4), Lima Showoff (Race 6 – 1:52.3), Handsome Henry K (Race 9 – 1:51) and Go Big Spender (Race 12 – 1:53.4).
