A full, four hours of live championship racing will be featured on Saturday, Oct. 27 for harness racing fans north and south of the 49th parallel.

The Score, Canada’s all-sports channel, will carry the $6 million Breeders Crown championships live from Woodbine Racetrack from 7 p.m to 11:30 p.m. (EDT) and the broadcast will also be streamed live on MavTV in the U.S.

MavTV, a pioneer in high definition broadcasting with a full slate of HD programming 24 hours a day, has carried the Breeders Crown live with original production from Pennsylvania in 2010 and with Woodbine’s top horse racing production and racing commentators in 2011 and 2012.

Founded in 2002 by four former Showtime Networks executives, MavTV was originally geared towards a male dominated audience. In 2011, MavTV was purchased by Lucas Oil Products, a company which has grown from a single product company into an international powerhouse in the lubricant and motorsports industries. Lucas Oil is employing similar strategies to transform MavTV into a premier cable network that delivers the highest quality HD programming possible.

MavTV is available to more than 40 million homes, as part of the free HD programming tiers on Dish Network (channel 361), select cable systems (Time Warner, Brighthouse, RCN, Cablevision (NJ), Comcast in PHL-DE-MD, Charter, 4com and Verizon Verizon FiOS (318SD,598 (HD). Visit www.mavtv.com for a coverage map in your area.

The four-hour show will re-air on MavTV on Oct. 28, at 1:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. (EDT)
