.

MacKinnon had finished off the board in his first two drives on the card, but he didn't mess around with Giselles Big B in Race 9.

Sent off as the even-money post-time choice, MacKinnon and the eight-year-old Park Lane gelding fired out from the rail and threw up fractions of :29.3, 1:00.3 and 1:30.2 on the engine.

MacKinnon and 'Giselle,' who is conditioned by Peter MacKinnon, came home with a :30.2 final panel to record the 2:00.4 win by one and a quarter lengths.
